2014 Golf Outing @ Chestnut Ridge Golf Resort

Welcome to the 10^th annual L.U.C.K. golf outing to benefit Pediatric Heart Research.

Thanks to your efforts, we are supporting research which is intended to treat and prevent congenital heart disease and defects in children.

Congenital heart defects are the number one birth defect in children. More children under the age of 15 die from heart disease and defects than anything else, other than accidents.

This year’s event is scheduled for Friday, June 20th, 2014 at the Chestnut Ridge Golf Resort in Blairsville, PA. Our outing has grown significantly over the past 10 years. We have all 36 holes reserved for this outing! We are expecting our attendance to exceed 300 people.

Please consider participating in this wonderful event. The following are options available for your consideration:

 

Gold Sponsor: $1500. Includes foursome, banner, tee sign & full page ad.

Silver Sponsor: $1,000. Includes foursome, banner, tee sign and ½ page ad.

Bronze Sponsor: $500. Includes banner, 2 dinners, tee sign and ½ page ad.

Golf & Dinner: $125.

Dinner Guest: $35.

Tee Sign: $100.
